 BART Team Clerk

As the BART (Billing and Admissions Review Team) Clerk, you would be responsible for auditing every evaluation through BART Workstation; reviewing and verifying that all necessary fields mandated for billing are entered prior to being approved for billing. Our ideal candidate enjoys reviewing and verifying data while paying close attention to detail. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Need:

• 1+ years of experience working with data
• Minimum of High School diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in data entry and management
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• High level of personal integrity, reliability, and honesty
• Ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do:

• Regularly run reports; reviewing unbilled charges listing
• Check scanning station for documents necessary to review accounts and required for claim submission
• Review CPAS fields required for billing a clean claim; making corrections that can be made based upon access and/or communicating errors requiring corrections with clinic personnel
